1HOW DO I ORDER?
It is easy. Navigate to student online ordering. Navigate to your school. Choose carefully and fill in the details required. Cards are processed by our Westpac gateway. No credit card details are kept or given to Yorke.
2HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You may do this by email and providing the order has not been processed it can be changed before it is sent.
3HOW DO I ORDER AN ACCESS CODE OR E ONLY PRODUCT?
Ordering your digital resource or E code is the same as ordering a book. When available you will usually receive a code by email as soon as they are available. A post or handling charge is made on these items due to archiving , Bank portal costs and labour costs of doing so.
4WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT OUT TO ME?
If product is currently available it is normally sent out in 7 - 10 days. Yorke relies on availability of textual material from a number of Publishers both locally and overseas. Yorke is purely a distributor and not a Publisher (who produces the product) or a printer (the one who prints on the paper of the book). Yorke has no control of the availability and we are usually only given an approximate date of the next delivery.
5WHAT CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
Yorke is able to refund or replace any goods that are faulty from the manufacturer. Refunds can only be provided on textbooks in their original condition up to 14 days from the original purchase date. If the shrink wrap has been removed or the book contains and E code inside we are unable to provide a refund. (Please see our returns conditions)
6CAN I RETURN DIGITAL CODES OR PRODUCT?
Digital codes whether activated or not cannot be exchange or refunded. Please choose carefully at the time of ordering.
7"TO FOLLOW" OR ITEMS NOT IN YOUR PACK?
If we are unable to supply all product at once it will show on your invoice. Usually as TF. These will be supplied to your nominated address free of charge or directly to your school as soon as they become available to us. Sometimes schools ask Yokre to send the late Publications or product directly to the school to avoid loss of time.
8HOW DO I KNOW IF A BOOK IS IN STOCK?
You are welcome to email us on Yorkebooks@bigpond.com.au or call us on 0296357605. Bear in mind in our busy season between October until February stock can sell very quickly. Our suggestion is that your order is placed prior to Christmas so that you may receive your pack by end of January.
9WHEN AND HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
As soon as product is available we key it into your order and it is packaged and sent out by Australia Post. In most cases and dependent on the area Australia Post just deliver the package or sometimes leave a card if no one is at home. Please make sure that the address given at the time of order is current. If you know you will be away please supply us with a work address or a friend or relative.
